Matt Windsor
(General Partner)

Matt Windsor is the founder of Regen Capital Partners.

Matt has over 10 years of experience in Southeast Asia. After receiving his bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Matt began his career at the global consulting firm Bain & Company in Southeast Asia. At Bain, Matt had significant project experience in various sectors including consumer products, technology, financial services and private equity.

He has experience working with a wide variety of businesses in various project scopes ranging from strategy, market expansion, digital transformation, operational excellence, cultural transformation, cost reduction and more.

Post Bain, Matt joined leading Southeast Asian Venture and Growth capital firm, Openspace Ventures. In his 6-year tenure at Openspace, Matt gained experience in all facets of investing from sourcing and deal execution, portfolio management and exits. He has experience operating and investing in all markets in Southeast Asia with a focus on Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
